The client needed a centralized solution to monitor logistics, inventory, and sales performance in real time, identify bottlenecks, and optimize supplier and regional performance. Manual reporting was slow, fragmented, and reactive, making strategic decision-making difficult.

We developed and implemented an integrated Business Intelligence (BI) platform designed to monitor key commercial and operational indicators across the entire supply chain. The primary objective of the project was to unify data from multiple business units—including procurement, inventory, and sales—into a centralized system. This enabled the creation of real-time dashboards that enhanced operational visibility, supported benchmarking initiatives, and empowered tactical decision-making across the organization.
